2011—2015年采后处理旺季,采用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基,对赣南5个县境内10个具有代表性的柑桔采后处理厂区空气中病原微生物进行收集、培养及统计分析;同时,对采后处理厂贮藏90d的果实腐烂率进行统计,分析空气中病原微生物数量与果实腐烂之间的关系。结果表明:赣南柑桔采后处理厂区的空气中病原菌以青霉菌为主,其数量总体上呈逐年下降趋势;果实腐烂率与空气中病原菌总数和青霉菌数量均呈显著线性正相关。
2011-2015 postharvest season, the potato dextrose agar medium was used to collect, cultivate and analyze the airborne pathogenic microorganisms in 10 representative postharvest citrus postharvest treatment plants in 5 counties of Gannan. At the same time, Post-harvest treatment plant 90d the fruit rotten rate statistics, analysis of the number of pathogenic microorganisms in the air and the relationship between fruit decay. The results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria in the citrus postharvest treatment plant in the southern part of the province were Penicillium, and the number of them decreased year by year. There was a significant linear positive correlation between the fruit rot rate and the total number of pathogenic bacteria and Penicillium sp.
