笔者系从事了两年分队党支部书记工作的兼职干部。对于在实际工作中发现或感受到的几个主要问题,想借此一席之地,发表一些粗浅的看法,以与从事或关心这方面工作的同志进行探讨,并求对分队党支部建设有所补益。
The author is engaged in two years of party branch secretary of part-time cadres. I would like to take this place and make some superficial comments on the several major problems discovered or felt in the actual work so as to discuss with the comrades engaged in or concerned with this work and seek some help in the party branch construction.
