采用4-二甲基偶氮苯4-磺酰氯(DABS-cl)色标试剂柱前标记,经反相高压液相色谱(RP-HPLC)对急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患儿血液氨基酸进行分析,并与正常儿进行对照,结果:①ANLL患儿血液氨基酸中谷氨酸(GIu),甘氨酸(Gly),苯丙氨酸(Phe),色氨酸(Trp),亮氨酸(Leu),水平明显高于正常。而丙氨酸(Ala),苏氨酸(Thr),组氨酸(His)水平低于正常;②ANLL患者治疗前后比较:治疗后甘氨酸、苯氨酸、色氨酸水平明显降低,并与正常水平接近。而组氨酸、丙氨酸水平明显升高,也接近于正常;③不同预后组比较:苯丙氨酸、色氨酸水平在预后差组明显高于预后好组,而组氨酸水平则低于预后好组。结果表明,ANLL患者存在明显氨基酸代谢异常。

The results showed that patients with ANLL obvious abnormalities of amino acid metabolism.
