人才是广电事业发展繁荣的基础。县级广电台要强盛不衰,欣欣向荣,必须要有一支拉得出打得响的人才队伍,这是其发展的根本保证。人力资源管理体系建设的严重滞后,已经日益成为制约县级广电台发展的瓶颈。为什么单位员工众多却深感人员紧缺、急需人才越来越难招?用什么样的措施去化解人力资源管理上的“瓶颈”问题呢?
Talent is the basis for the development and prosperity of the radio and television industry. Radio and television stations at the county level should flourish and prosper, and there must be a pool of qualified personnel who can play a very important role.
