杨桃,甜中有微酸,有种特别的清新味道,我从小就喜欢。1992年6月我上县城,在一家花圃买到4株杨桃,回家栽在庭院两侧墙隅。当时雄心壮志,想来日门口成“杨桃世界”。哪知事与愿违,一个月后回家,死掉3株,只有东边的一株活着,成了“一枝独秀”。“独秀”在鸡舍旁边,肥水充足,长势不错。不料儿子结婚办酒席时,大灶建在它身旁,熊熊的火焰使杨桃差点丧了命。我用湿稻草编捆成一堵厚墙,对它隔离保护,终于化险为夷。
