企业组织结构、激励机制与组织绩效三者之间存在必然的联系,激励机制是企业在管理中必然会用到的一种激励员工的手段,管理者在管理工作中总是有形无形的采用到各种激励手段去激发员工的工作热情,有效的激励手段可以起到激励的作用,但是如果激励机制制定的不合理则会起到反作用效果。因此企业管理中如何选择制定合理的激励机制是本文重点探索的问题。
