我国经济体制的不断完善和国内工程建设项目的筹建数量、施工规模的不断加大给予我国施工企业发展和进步营造了良好的外部环境。近年来,我国施工市场得到了突飞猛进的发展,施工市场过快的发展具有双面性作用,积极作用表现在:进一步拓展了我国施工企业经营范围,使其逐渐走向海外市场,从而为我国建筑企业带来了巨大利益;消极作用表现在:受市场环境、资金结构等多种因素的影响,大大加剧了施工企业风险,若不对其风险进行有效的防范和控制,势必将制约到我国施工企业的可持续发展。因此,本文通过实现三个“全面落实”实现施工企业财务风险的有效防范和控制,以期实现我国施工企业经济效益。

Therefore, this paper realizes the effective prevention and control of the financial risks of construction enterprises by realizing “three full implementation” so as to realize the economic benefits of construction enterprises in our country.
