针对半固态流变成形中存在液相偏析、显微疏松、充型不完整及夹渣等常见缺陷 ,详细研究并优化了压室尺寸与结构、料饼、浇道及其集渣、排气系统 ,并据此设计了一套材料性能试样半固态流变成形通用模具。该模具可用于各种常用合金的拉伸、冲击、疲劳、断裂韧性、摩擦磨损等多种性能试样的半固态流变成形。试验结果表明 ,经该模具挤铸出的试件 ,成品率达 98%以上 ,加工余量小于 3mm ,尺寸公差等级可达IT9,表面粗糙度Ra≤ 6.3 μm。说明用该模具加工的试样真实反映了材料的半固态流变成形产品的特性
For semi-solid rheological forming, there are some common defects such as liquid phase segregation, microscopic looseness, incomplete filling and slag inclusion. The size and structure of the pressure chamber, material cake, runner and its slag, Gas system, and accordingly designed a set of material properties of semi-solid rheological forming sample of common mold. The mold can be used for semi-solid rheological forming of various performance samples such as tensile, impact, fatigue, fracture toughness, friction and wear of various commonly used alloys. The test results show that the yield rate of the test piece extruded by the mold is more than 98%, the allowance is less than 3mm, the size tolerance level is up to IT9, the surface roughness Ra≤ 6.3 μm. It indicates that the sample processed by the mold truly reflects the properties of the material semi-solid rheo-formed product
