B655牛头刨床是设备利用率较高的设备。大修时,一般都要更换摇杆传动小齿轮,但经过几个修理周期后,大斜齿轮的齿面也会因长期使用而磨损研伤,造成公法线超差,产生机床噪音,需要进行修复。为了缩短修理周期、保征质量、降低成本,我们应用高度变位修正法修复大斜齿轮,效果很好。修复时,首先根据齿轮磨损情况选取高度变位系数ζ,变位系数的确定,一要保证大斜齿轮齿形磨损部位通过修正后达到精度要求,二要考虑大斜齿轮齿根部位的机械强度,
