2014年对德宏单一胡椒栽培和橡胶+胡椒复合栽培两种模式的冬季寒害情况进行调查,比较分析两种栽培模式不同受害面(阳面和阴面)胡椒叶、果、节三种器官的受害情况,结果表明:单一栽培模式下胡椒阳面各器官的受害程度显著高于阴面,而复合栽培模式中胡椒阳面和阴面各器官的受害程度并无显著差异;单一栽培模式胡椒各器官受低温危害程度显著重于橡胶+胡椒复合栽培模式。橡胶+胡椒复合栽培模式能在很大程度上有效地保护胡椒免于低温危害。
