2002年至2003年期间,我受组织指派,作为财政监察专员办事机构的代表,四次赴京参加《财政违法行为处罚处分条例》(以下简称《条例》)的立法工作。如今,《条例》已经国务院常务会议通过,并于2005年2月1日起施行。这是财政监督立法工作的重大突破,对于财政监督战线特别是财政部驻各地的派出机构辛勤工作的广大同志而言,是一件大事,更是一件喜事。
From 2002 to 2003, I was assigned by the organization as a representative of the Office of the Ombudsman and went to Beijing for four times to participate in the legislative work on the “Regulations on the Punishment of Fiscal Offenses” (the “Regulations”). Today, the “Regulations” have been adopted by the executive meeting of the State Council and came into force on February 1, 2005. This is a major breakthrough in the work of the financial supervision and legislature. It is a major event for the vast numbers of comrades working hard in the field of financial supervision, especially those dispatched by the Ministry of Finance in various parts of the country. It is even a happy event.
