社会主义市场经济条件下,面对高校学报的多学科综合性与读者阅读内容的专一性之间存在的矛盾和由此导致的高校学报经济效益普遍较差的情况,本文认为,应在办综合性学报的同时,鼓励有条件、有能力的高校积极创办专业性学报,以利于学报特色的形成、质量的提高,更好地满足读者的需要,从而提高学报经济效益。这两种学报是并行不悖、相互补充的两种形式,可在高校中并存。
In the condition of socialist market economy, in the face of the contradiction between the multidisciplinary comprehensiveness of university journals and the specificness of readers’ reading content and the generally poor economic benefits of journals of colleges and universities, this paper argues that it should be done Comprehensive Journal, at the same time, encourage qualified and capable colleges and universities to actively set up professional journals, in order to facilitate the formation of journal characteristics, quality improvement, to better meet the needs of readers, so as to enhance the economic efficiency of the Journal. Both types of journals are two forms that go hand in hand, complement each other, and can coexist in colleges and universities.
