习近平总书记对政法干警作出重要指示:全国政法机关要顺应人民群众对公共安全、司法公正、权益保障的新期待,全力推进平安中国、法治中国、过硬队伍建设。党的“十八大”报告指出:“全面推进依法治国”。检察机关作为国家法律监督机关,肩负着重要使命,所以,检察工作应突出体现“人民性”;检察机关应给力平安中国,在维护国家安全和社会稳定中发挥更重要作用当;应围绕法治精神,强化检察职能,回应人民祈盼,让人民群众能够在检察机关办理的案件中感受到公平正义和平安法治。
