Objective To analyze the hazards of occupational diseases and their control effects in a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminal project and evaluate the harm degree of occupational hazards and the control effects of occupational disease prevention measures. Methods Occupational health survey was conducted on the project and occupational hazards were detected, analyzed and evaluated on the work site. Results The main hazards of occupational diseases in the normal production process of the project are methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, noise, high temperature, low temperature, microwave radiation and power frequency electric field. The detection results of all kinds of toxic substances meet the requirements of the national occupational health standards. The detection results of methane and hydrogen sulfide are all less than the minimum detectable concentration, and the maximum of non-methane total hydrocarbon detection results is 4.6 mg / m ~ 3. The measured 7 The individual noise level of three workers among workers is more than 80 dB (A). The measurement results of microwave radiation and power frequency electric field are all in line with the national occupational health standards. Occupational disease protection facilities, personal protective equipment and occupational health management are in line with the requirements National standards. Conclusion The project has passed the control of occupational hazards under normal production conditions and can meet the requirements of laws, regulations and standards of the state and local government on the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
