通过问卷对深圳市中学教师进行调查,发现教师普遍支持新课程改革,高中教师的认同感高于初中教师。不同职称和不同教龄教师的认同感没有显著性差异,不同学历教师在“实用性”和“关心事项”有显著性差异。教师的“成本效益”、“校内支持”和“关心事项”是影响教师认同感的关键因素。为提高教师对新课程改革的认同感,应增强新课程的实用性,重视教师的关心事项,并给教师提供充分的校内外支持。
A questionnaire survey of secondary school teachers in Shenzhen found that teachers generally support the new curriculum reform, high school teachers’ identity is higher than junior high school teachers. There are no significant differences in the identities of teachers with different professional titles and teachers of different ages. There are significant differences between different degrees teachers in “practicality ” and “matters of concern ”. Teachers’ “cost-effectiveness”, “school support”, and “concern” are the key factors that influence teacher’s identity. In order to enhance teachers ’recognition of the new curriculum reform, we should enhance the practicality of the new curriculum, attach importance to teachers’ concerns and provide teachers with adequate support both inside and outside the school.
