目的探讨澳门小学教师心理健康状况。方法应用SCL-90量表对澳门285名小学教师进行评测,并将评测结果与中国常模对照。结果澳门小学教师的心理健康水平低于全国成人一般水平,且教师的心理健康与学校类别、服务年资和年龄没有显着的相关,而与婚姻状况以及性别有较显著的相关。结论澳门小学教师存在较严重的心理健康问题。
Objective To explore the mental health status of primary school teachers in Macao. Methods The SCL-90 scale was used to evaluate 285 primary school teachers in Macao and the results were compared with that of Chinese norm. Results The level of mental health of primary school teachers in Macao was lower than that of adults in the whole country. There was no significant correlation between the mental health of teachers and the type of school, length of service and age, but more significantly related to marital status and gender. Conclusion Primary school teachers in Macao have more serious mental health problems.
