教育教学质量是学校生存的生命线,而质量来源于管理,管理出质量,管理出效益。职业学校置身于市场经济下,社会的需求和市场竞争的压力,对学校管理提出了新的和更高的要求。笔者结合自身工作实际,从提高教学质量、人才质量和就业服务质量三方面阐述了如何加强教育教学管理,提高服务质量。
The quality of education and teaching is the lifeline of school survival, and the quality comes from management, quality management, management efficiency. Vocational schools are exposed to the market economy, social demand and market pressure of competition, the school management has put forward new and higher requirements. Based on the actual work of the author, the author expounds how to strengthen the education and teaching management and improve the service quality from the aspects of improving teaching quality, talent quality and employment service quality.
