本文通过对法院司法审判职能的履行运作剖析,考察其审判手段运用和司法功能实现之间的关系,因应我国社会司法环境的深刻变化,结合调解实务在司法审判中的运用意义,归纳出社会主义司法理念的内容贯彻于“司法和谐”局面的现实意义。
By analyzing the implementation and operation of judicial judicial functions, this paper examines the relationship between the application of judicial means and the realization of judicial functions.
