目的:建立脑血宁注射液组方中牡丹皮的指纹图谱。方法:使用Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(三乙胺调pH至3.0),为流动相,梯度洗脱,在238 nm波长下检测。结果:建立了牡丹皮药材的高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱,确定牡丹皮药材有14个共有峰,不同产地、批次的牡丹皮的共有峰的相对保留时间和相对保留面积稳定,但是不同产地的牡丹皮中的各组分的绝对峰面积存在一定差异,以丹皮酚计,安徽产地的牡丹皮的含量最高。结论:该方法准确、可靠,为加强脑血宁注射液原料药的质量控制,保证脑血宁注射液的质量提供了依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Cortex Moutan in Naoxuening Injection. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (triethylamine adjusted to pH 3.0). The mobile phase was gradient elution and detected at 238 nm. Results: HPLC fingerprints of Cortex Momordicae were established and 14 common peaks were identified. The relative retention time and relative retention area of the common peaks of Cortex Moutan in different producing areas were stable, but different Moutan origin of the absolute peak area of each component there is a certain difference in terms of paeonol meter, the highest content of moutan in Anhui origin. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, which provides the basis for the quality control of Naoxuening injection and the quality assurance of Naoxuening injection.
