针对电动轮自卸车电制动控制的特点,设计了一种基于DSP自卸车电制动控制系统。详细分析了自卸车电制动原理和电制动特性,给出了控制系统的测速电路和开关量输入输出电路,介绍了电制动软件的实现方法。测试结果表明该电制动控制系统抗干扰能力强,性能稳定。
Aiming at the characteristics of electric brake control of electric wheel dump truck, an electric brake control system based on DSP dump truck is designed. The principle of electric braking of electric vehicle and the characteristics of electric braking are analyzed in detail. The speed measurement circuit and digital input / output circuit of control system are given. The realization of electric braking software is introduced. The test results show that the electric braking control system has strong anti-interference ability and stable performance.
