1土壤准备百合可以在一般土壤中生长,但以排水、保水能力良好的黏质壤土为最好.亚洲型百合杂交种及铁炮型百合杂交种适宜的PH值为6～7,东方型百合杂交种适宜的PH值为5.50～6.50.在种植前,先用40%的福尔马林、敌克松、速心灭、溴甲烷、五氯硝基苯等杀菌剂或3%～5%呋喃丹、敌百虫等杀虫剂中的任意一种对土壤进行彻底消毒.具体作法是:亩用40%的福尔马林10～20瓶,配成50～100倍液先在地表喷洒1次,然后深翻土壤,待土壤翻过后,再在表面喷1次,喷完后用废旧棚膜严实覆盖7～10天后再晾晒3～7天即可.
