为了研究不同体长及水体溶氧水平对日本沼虾瞬时耗氧速率的影响,以体长分别为1.65、2.49、3.71、4.56、5.61、6.18 cm的日本沼虾为试验对象,在水温26℃的条件下,采用密闭呼吸室法,测定其耗氧量随时间的变化状况。结果表明:日本沼虾的瞬时耗氧速率[Vt,mg/(g·h)]随时间(t,h)的增加而下降,随着体长的增长,Vt的下降速度也逐渐降低,且呈良好的幂函数关系;在适宜的溶氧量范围内,Vt随水体溶氧量(DO,mg/L)的降低而降低,且分别呈良好的线性关系,日本沼虾的呼吸类型属于顺应型;Vt随着虾体长(L,cm)的增长而降低,呈良好的线性关系。
