采用106,107,108,109,1010CFU·mL-15种浓度复合光合菌剂PS11灌根处理大豆幼苗,研究不同浓度复合光合菌剂PS11对大豆生理生化指标和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,106~109CFU·mL-1浓度的PS11可显著提高大豆幼苗光合色素含量,增强叶片的光合能力,增加生物量及根系活力,激活大豆幼苗抗氧化酶和土壤酶活性;随着菌液浓度的升高,PS11对大豆的促生效果及对土壤酶活性的激活作用减弱,菌液浓度1010CFU·mL-1时大豆根系活力、类胡萝卜素的含量显著低于对照;复合光合菌剂PS11浓度为107~108CFU·mL-1时对大豆幼苗和根际土壤酶活性多项指标增效作用明显。
Soybean seedlings were treated with PS11 (concentration 106,107,108,109,1010CFU · mL-15) and the effects of PS11 with different concentrations on physiological and biochemical indexes of soybean and soil enzyme activities were studied. The results showed that compared with the control, PS11 concentration of 106 ~ 109CFU · mL-1 significantly increased the content of photosynthetic pigments in soybean seedlings, increased the photosynthetic capacity, increased the biomass and root vigor of soybean seedlings, and activated the activities of antioxidant enzymes and soil enzymes . With the increase of bacterial concentration, the effect of PS11 on soybean growth promoting and soil enzyme activity was weakened. The root activity and carotenoid content of PS11 were significantly lower than those of the control at the concentration of 1010CFU · mL-1. The synergistic effect of multiple photosynthetic characteristics of soil enzyme activity in soybean seedling and rhizosphere was obvious when the concentration of PS11 was 107 ~ 108CFU · mL-1.
