我校數學研究組本次觀摩教學的進行,我們認為是比較成功的。在選擇示範物件時,他們考慮到要通過示範觀摩,解決本組當前教學中存在的那些問題,對本組每個人的教學情況,作了具體分析,緊緊抓住了實際,目的性是明確具體的。示範人的教學計畫,事前通過全組的討論研究,使個人計畫變為全組計畫,觀摩活動,變成共同檢查備課效果,使得每個參觀者,都掌握了計畫。課堂活動的觀察能夠有中心,有重點,心中有數。評議會的召開,有學校領導,有本組外組和外校的同志,也有本班的同學擴大參加研究的範圍,起了本校與外校的經驗交流的作用,密切了教師與學生課堂教學上的關係,使教與學進一步結合一致起來。
The mathematics research group of our school conducted the teaching of this observation and we believe it to be more successful. The observation of classroom activities can be centered, focused, and well-informed. The convocation of the council consisted of school leaders, comrades in this group and the foreign school, and the students in this class expanded the scope of participation in the study, played a role in the exchange of experience between the school and the foreign school, and kept the classroom teaching of teachers and students close. The relationship between the two will further unite teaching and learning.
