随着社会经济的发展,人们价值观不断发生变化,近几年离婚率持续增高,在离婚诉讼中,财产如何分割逐渐成为人们视线的焦点。从恋爱走向婚姻,应运而生的婚前财产公证受到越来越多人的关注。然而快速的发展使婚前财产公证的问题慢慢暴露出来,它的不成熟之处急需重视与完善。本文将分析我国婚前财产公证所存在的部分问题,并对问题如何解决提出完善措施。
With the development of society and economy, the values of people keep changing. In recent years, the divorce rate continues to increase. In the divorce proceedings, how to divide the property gradually becomes the focus of people’s attention. From love to marriage, came into being premarital property notary by more and more people’s attention. However, the rapid development has gradually exposed the issue of notarized premarital property, and its immaturity urgently needs attention and improvement. This article will analyze some of the existing problems in China’s prenuptial property notarization and put forward perfecting measures on how to solve the problem.
