开展创先争优活动,是党中央做出的一项重大战略部署,是新形势下加强党的建设、促进科学发展和社会和谐的重要举措,也是各级党组织的重要职责。怎样才能使创先争优活动在党政机关深入、持久、有效地开展下去,我们就此进行了积极实践和深入思考。
Carrying out the activity of creating superiority and striving for excellence is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Party Committee and an important measure for strengthening party building and promoting scientific development and social harmony under the new situation. It is also an important duty of party organizations at all levels. How can we make the activity of creating excellent activities a reality go deep, sustained and effectively in the party and government organs? We have conducted active practice and thought deeply in this regard.
