建设学习型校园不仅是职业中专自身生存和发展的需要,也是社会经济发展对职业中专的要求,对促进全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会建设具有十分重要的意义。学习型校园的建设,应立足于提升职业中专全体教职员工和整个组织的学习能力,致力于提升每位学员的学习能力,着眼于提升职业中专的创新能力。本文就学习型校园的主要特征,有效建设职业中专学习型校园的设想等方面,并结合我们职业中专的实际情况进行了系统的论述。
The construction of a learning campus is not only the need of survival and development of vocational technical secondary schools, but also the requirement of social and economic development for vocational technical secondary schools. It is of great significance to promote learning for all and life-long learning-oriented society. The construction of a learning campus should be based on improving the learning ability of all vocational and technical secondary vocational schools’ staff and the entire organization, and devoting themselves to enhancing the learning ability of each trainee with a view to enhancing the innovative ability of vocational technical secondary schools. In this paper, the main characteristics of learning-based campus, the effective construction of vocational secondary school-based campus ideas and other aspects, combined with the actual situation of our secondary vocational schools conducted a systematic exposition.
