误区1王先生的妻子退休后去了另一座城市看护孙子,留下王先生自己开伙。一人开伙去菜市场买菜、做饭太麻烦,因此,咸菜、罐头、方便食品成了他的常食。为弥补营养不足,王先生买来了多种维生素丸,每天服用。走出误区:维生素丸不能代替蔬菜,因为蔬菜中的维生素是按一定比例天然存在的,是多种维生素的集合体;而维生素制剂多数是人工合成的,两者在性质上有差别。蔬菜中还含有矿物质、微量元素、碳水化合物、纤维素等多种营养成分,这是维生素制剂中所没有的,所以蔬菜的营养更全面。
