1病例资料患者,男,79岁,因右侧腹股沟肿块,走路时有疼痛感,活动受限反复发作6个月,加重1个月,于2016年11月7日就诊入院。入院体检:T 36.6℃,P 83次/min,R 18次/min,BP 138/84 mm Hg,血氧饱和度(SPO_2)97%,心肺听诊无异常。患者腹平软,无压痛,无反跳痛,站立时右腹股沟可见一约鸡蛋大小肿块,平卧后可部分回纳;双下肢无浮肿,左下肢
