本文根据内燃机连杆承受本身分布质量的惯性载荷,提出一种光弹性试验用的大型离心机加载的原理和方法,依此建立了一个模拟连杆各横截面加速度的理论公式,从而解决了按分布质量法测取连杆的应力问题。文中还具体介绍了利用大型离心机进行试验的各个环节。试验结果表明,这种精确的模拟方法,与传统的光弹性静载模拟相比,能使连杆按分布质量和各横截面的加速度对自身施加真实的惯性载荷,从而消除了一直延用的连杆二质量代替系统的近似性。
