在数学教学中,要大面积、大幅度提高教学质量的关键在于学困生的转变。我从事小学数学教学工作已经7年有余,学困生普遍存在以下特点:他们缺乏独立性,自信心、学习没有目标,死读死记不求甚解,或干脆放弃不学,自暴自弃。
In mathematics teaching, to a large area, a substantial increase in the quality of teaching lies in the transformation of students with learning difficulties. I have been engaged in elementary mathematics teaching work for more than seven years. Students with poor learning are generally characterized by the following characteristics: They lack independence, self-confidence, lack of goals in learning, and they do not ask for solutions when they read the diary or simply give up or refuse to learn.
