为了解决精轧机组轧辊表面氧化膜引起的带钢表面氧化铁皮细孔质量问题 ,利用扫描电镜、光学显微镜、显微硬度计及能谱仪等对高铬铸铁轧辊表面氧化膜形成及脱落进行了研究 ,提出了控制氧化膜脱落减少氧化铁皮细孔的方法 ,在生产实践中收到良好的效果。
