开展新型农民培训是高等农业院校适应现代农业发展、加快教育投入向教育产出转化以及自身更好发展的必然选择。目前,高等农业院校开展的新型农民培训存在着目标不明确、可操作性和针对性差、培训方式单一、培训不系统和不连贯及教材缺乏等问题,应通过构建高等农业院校新型农民培训体系、创新培训方式、加强组织管理和教材建设等进一步提升培训效果。
Carrying out the new type of farmer training is the inevitable choice for the agricultural colleges and universities to adapt to the development of modern agriculture, speed up the transition of investment in education to the output of education, and better its own development. At present, there are some problems in new-type peasants training in higher agricultural colleges, such as unclear goals, poor operability and pertinence, a single mode of training, unsystematic training and incoherence, and lack of teaching materials. System, innovating training methods, strengthening organizational management and teaching materials construction to further enhance the training effect.
