Turkmenistan’s media recently announced the 2004 budget bill passed by Parliament in November 2003. The budget is deficit-free with revenue and expenditure of 63.4 trillion manat (12.2 billion U.S. dollars), of which a level of budgetary revenue and expenditure of 13.8 trillion manat ($ 2.65 billion).
