在消化吸收国外同类先进港口机械设备的基础上,机电部天津工程机械研究所和天津港口机械厂共同研制成YQ45型牵引车(见图1)。样机经1000h工业性运行试验后,于1991年11月通过了天津市科学技术委员会组织的专家鉴定。鉴定认为:该机主要性能指标达到同类型日本丰田牵引车80年代水平,其中起动性能、耗油率、转向性能还优于丰田牵引车,处于国内领先水平。该机结构紧凑、布局合理、牵引力大、外形美观、视野开阔、操纵简便灵活、安全可靠、标准化程度高。
Based on the digestion and absorption of machinery and equipment of similar advanced ports in the world, the Tianjin Institute of Mechanical Engineering and the Tianjin Port Machinery Plant jointly developed the YQ45 tractor (see Figure 1). After passing the 1000h industrial operation test, the prototype passed the expert appraisal organized by Tianjin Science and Technology Committee in November 1991. According to the appraisal, the main performance indicators of the aircraft reached the level of the same type of Japanese Toyota tractors in the 1980s, and the starting performance, fuel consumption, and steering performance were also superior to those of Toyota tractors, and they were at the leading level in the country. The aircraft has compact structure, reasonable layout, large traction, beautiful appearance, open vision, easy and flexible operation, safety and reliability, and a high degree of standardization.
