前倾式翻车架是用于折返式运输系统的主要翻车装置。它有结构简单、维修方便、能自行翻转等优点;但也存在一些弊病,主要是翻转性能差,卸矿不干净,一些装矿不满,运行性能差的矿车不能迅速退出架体。这不仅影响矿车的周转,而且使矿车与架体的冲撞严重,增加维修量,影响生产。为此,我们改进了架体结构,增大翻转角度,并加装了柱武阻车器和弹簧缓冲装置。见图1。
Front-tilt carriages are the main rollover devices used in the re-entrant transport system. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and self-turnover, etc. However, there are some drawbacks, such as poor turnover performance and unclean unloading, and some mine cars with unsatisfactory performance can not be quickly withdrawn from the frame. This not only affects the turnover of the car, but also make the collision between the car and the frame serious, increasing the amount of maintenance, affecting production. To this end, we have improved the structure of the frame, increased the flip angle, and installed a carbody and spring buffer device. see picture 1.
