克隆氏病病变组织中,粘膜下层和肌间常有明显的神经纤维增生,血管淋巴管高度扩张,肥大细胞数量也明显增多。因而推测在该病发病中,神经纤维及其分泌的递质、肥大细胞及其释放产物与血管之间可能存在某种内在联系。为寻找其三者间关系的形态学依据,有必要在同一组织切片上同时清晰地显示上述三种组织结构。本文将免疫组化和组织化学染色技术相结合,以免疫组化双标记技术分别用S-100蛋白和Ⅷ因子抗体显示神经纤维和血管内皮,以甲苯胺蓝染色显示肥大细胞,经三联复合染色后,三种结构显示良好,结果报告如下。

It is speculated that in the pathogenesis of the disease, nerve fibers and their secreted neurotransmitter, mast cells and their release products and blood vessels may have some kind of internal relations. In order to find the morphological basis for the relationship among the three, it is necessary to clearly show the above three organizational structures on the same slice of the organization. In this paper, immunohistochemistry and histochemical staining techniques combined with immunohistochemical double-labeling technique respectively with S-100 protein and Ⅷ factor antibodies showed nerve fibers and vascular endothelial cells, with toluidine blue staining showed mast cells, triple composite staining After the three structures showed good results are reported below.
