目的:评估新柏氏电脑辅助阅片系统(TIS)在宫颈癌筛查工作中的应用价值。方法:对2011年5月~2012年5月的10 002例标本进行电脑辅助阅片,2010年5月~2011年5月的7 120例标本人工阅片,比较两种方法宫颈病变的检出率。结果:TIS电脑辅助阅片对ASC-US、HSIL、LSIL的检出率分别为6.19%、0.23%、0.73%,而人工阅片检出率分别是5.82%、0.18%、0.72%,两者阅片检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TIS电脑辅助阅片系统在宫颈病变检出率方面优于人工阅片,与人工阅片相比明显缩短了阅片时间,提高了工作效率,降低了长期显微镜下工作导致的视疲劳及由此带来的假阴性率。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the value of the New Computer-assisted Tissue Imaging System (TIS) in cervical cancer screening. Methods: A total of 10 002 specimens from May 2011 to May 2012 were reviewed by computer-aided reading, and 7 120 specimens from May 2010 to May 2011 were compared. The cervical lesions were detected by two methods rate. Results: The detection rates of ASC-US, HSIL and LSIL by TIS were 6.19%, 0.23% and 0.73% respectively, while the detection rates of artificial readings were 5.82%, 0.18% and 0.72%, respectively There was a significant difference in the detection rate between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: TIS computer-assisted reading system is superior to manual reading in the detection rate of cervical lesions, which significantly shortens the reading time compared with manual reading, improves working efficiency and reduces visual fatigue due to long-term microscope work The resulting false negative rate.
