目的 研究不同剂量水平的牛磺酸对高胆固醇血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法 将断乳SD大鼠 4 0只 ,经高脂饲料诱导成高胆固醇血症模型后 ,按体重和血浆总胆固醇均衡的原则分为 5组 ,以高脂饲料和正常饲料为对照组 ,其余 3组分别在高脂饲料的基础上添加不同水平 (0 6 %、1 35 %、3% )的牛磺酸 ,观察牛磺酸对大鼠脂质代谢的影响 ,实验持续 5周。结果 与高脂对照组相比 ,不同剂量水平的牛磺酸均可显著影响大鼠血浆脂质水平 ,降低AI;0 6 %剂量水平的牛磺酸可显著升高大鼠血浆HDL -C、Apo -Al,降低血浆Apo-B水平 ;1 35 %和 3%剂量的牛磺酸对降低血浆TC、LDL -C、TG及肝脏TC ,升高HDL -C/LDL -C的比值 ,促进粪胆汁酸排泄效果较好 ,其中 3%剂量水平的牛磺酸效果最明显。结论 补充牛磺酸对高胆固醇血症大鼠有很好的降脂作用
Objective To study the effects of different doses of taurine on lipid metabolism in hypercholesterolemic rats. Methods 40 weaned SD rats were induced into hypercholesterolemia model by high-fat diet and divided into 5 groups according to the principle of body weight and plasma total cholesterol. High-fat diet and normal diet were used as the control group. The rest In the three groups, taurine with different levels (0 6%, 1 35%, 3%) was added on the basis of high-fat diet respectively to observe the effect of taurine on lipid metabolism in rats for 5 weeks. Results Compared with the high-fat control group, taurine at different dosage levels could significantly affect plasma lipid levels and reduce AI in rats. Taurine at a dose level of 0.6% could significantly increase plasma HDL-C, Apo -Al and lower plasma Apo-B levels; 35% and 3% taurine can decrease the ratio of TC, LDL-C, TG and liver TC, increase HDL-C / LDL- Acid excretion is better, of which 3% dose level of taurine most obvious effect. Conclusion Supplementation of taurine on hypercholesterolemic rats have a good lipid-lowering effect
