1977 Born in Canada, Oki Sato is a Master of Architecture from Waseda University. In 2002, he was only 24 years old and founded the design studio nendo, Chi Chi leads people to discover the surprises in life. He was selected by Newsweek magazine as one of the top 100 small global companies and won the Elle Deco International Design Awards and Wallpaper Magazine’s 2012 Designer Award. His work is housed in the New York Museum of Modern Art
