日前,从“中国棉纺织行业技术改造交流研讨会”上了解到,国家正在编制鼓励投资扩大内需的技术改造规划(纺织三年振兴规划)。中国纺织工业协会希望纺织企业能够根据申报的具体内容和重点马上行动,中国纺织工业协会将汇总整理后向国家有关部门推荐。
Recently, we learned from the Seminar on Technological Transformation Exchanges in China’s Cotton Textile Industry that the state is formulating a technological transformation plan to encourage investment to expand domestic demand (the three-year textile revitalization plan). China National Textile and Apparel Council hopes that the textile enterprises will act according to the specific contents and priorities of the declaration and the China Textile Industry Association will make a summary and submit it to the relevant state departments for recommendation.
