欧盟是中国主要的战略贸易伙伴。但在我国机电产品出口形势一片大好的2003年,欧盟公布了《关于报废电子电气设备指令》(WEEE 指令)和《关于在电子电气设备中限制使用某些有害物质指令》(ROHS 指令)。因此,对这两项指令的实质内容有必要进行深入分析研究。
The EU is China’s major strategic trading partner. However, the export situation of electromechanical products in China is excellent. In 2003, the EU promulgated the Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ROHS). Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis and study on the substance of these two directives.
