我厂自制了一台简易压铸机,经使用效果很好,现介绍如下。一、构造及作用原理机器的构造如图1所示。压铸模固定在右架板1和活动板14上,活动板的开合则通过连杆13由手柄11来操纵。为了保证左、右两部分的压铸模的合模精度,除在压铸模上有定位销钉外,还有四根滑柱16,供活动块滑动定位用。为减少磨损,活动板内还镶有铜套15。在左架板10上,安装有顶杆
