为了观察对原位植入的心脏发生排异反应时心功能的改变,53例接受心脏移植的患者住院进行核素左室显像、右心导管、心内膜心肌活检等检查,每隔一周检查一次。10例系列心肌活检显示自无变为中度排异反应
In order to observe the change of cardiac function in the rejection reaction of the implanted heart in situ, 53 patients undergoing cardiac transplantation were hospitalized for radionuclide left ventricular imaging, right heart catheterization and endocardial myocardial biopsy examination.
