目的观察阿奇霉素联合止嗽合剂治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将72例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例用阿奇霉素0.4~0.6 g静滴,每天1次;止嗽合剂每天2次口服。对照组36例口服头孢氨苄胶囊0.5 g,每天3次。2组疗程均为10 d,均予以平喘、吸氧等对症治疗。结果治疗组总有效率(94%)明显高于对照组(64%)(P<0.01)。结论阿奇霉素联合止嗽合剂治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of azithromycin combined with Zhifu Mixture in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods Seventy-two patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups. 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with azithromycin 0.4-0.6 g intravenously once daily, while the Coughing mixture was given orally twice daily. 36 patients in the control group received cefalexin capsules 0.5 g three times a day. Two groups of treatment were 10 d, were given asthma, oxygen and other symptomatic treatment. Results The total effective rate (94%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (64%) (P <0.01). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Cough Mixture is effective in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.
