目的 探讨鼻咽癌HNE1细胞株端粒酶的表达。方法 采用TRAPPCRELISA法检测人HNE1、白血病HL6 0、肺癌TUL1、正常骨髓细胞 2例、培养的外周血单个核细胞及人血管平滑肌细胞株中端粒酶的表达。结果 人HNE1,HL6 0及TUL1细胞株中端粒酶均为阳性表达 ;其余 3种正常对照组细胞全部为阴性。HNE1细胞株热灭活后的端粒酶活性均为阴性 ,而在 10 2 个HNE1细胞中亦能检测到端粒酶活性。结论 端粒酶在鼻咽癌HNE1细株中具有高表达。端粒酶活性测定具有较高的特异性及灵敏度。
Objective To investigate the telomerase expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma HNE1 cells. Methods The expression of telomerase in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells and human vascular smooth muscle cells was detected by TRAPPCRELISA in human HNE1, leukemia HL6 0, lung cancer TUL1, normal bone marrow cells in 2 cases. Results The telomerase in HNE1, HL6 0 and TUL1 cell lines were all positive. The other 3 normal control cells were all negative. The telomerase activity of HNE1 cells was negative after heat inactivation, but telomerase activity was also detected in 102 HNE1 cells. Conclusion Telomerase is highly expressed in HNE1 strains of NPC. Determination of telomerase activity with high specificity and sensitivity.
