This article is written to commemorate the Indian historian Dr. Papia Gaishi. The article attempts to establish a dialogue between the two different domains of philosophy and history and explore how to re-evaluate the past history based on the modern development of philosophy. The author analyzes the reasons for the existence of history. The facts chosen and explained by historians reflect their prejudices and interests, reflecting their individual philosophies, external pressures, and the evolution of society. All of this is to cater to a mainstream ideology that must be overcome. Marxist and gender studies have re-examined the entire history and revealed many aspects that have historically been overlooked by scholars. Some trends in Indian history, such as the study of common people, on the other hand, provide a distorted view of colonial society, thus fueling cultural nationalism and shelving the universal value that holds humankind together . Historical narratives are bound to change constantly, not only with the newly discovered facts, but also with the evolution of human values and values.
