目的:探讨中西医结合保守治疗宫外孕的临床疗效及适应证。方法:一次性肌注2.4mg天花粉蛋白注射液,并辅以地塞米松5~10mg肌注,同时口服米非司酮片25mg每12h1次,连用6d,中药活血化瘀,消癥散结,治疗期间观察症状体征,血β-HCG的变化,出现血β-HCG轻度反跳(反跳数值小于治疗前的数值)时,肌注MTX,观察预后情况。结果:通过46例病例的治疗效果统计分析:对于血β-HCG≤2000mIU/mL的患者,治疗有效率达到96.875%,余的为64.28%。结论:中西医结合保守治疗宫外孕有明显的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and indications of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Disposable intramuscular injection of 2.4mg trichosanthin injection, supplemented with dexamethasone 5 ~ 10mg intramuscular injection, while oral mifepristone tablets 25mg every 12h1 times, once every 6d, Chinese medicine blood circulation, Xiao Sanjie, Observation of symptoms and signs during treatment, changes in blood β-HCG, blood rebound mild β-HCG (rebound number less than the value before treatment), the intramuscular MTX, to observe the prognosis. Results: Through 46 cases of statistical analysis of treatment effect: for the blood β-HCG ≤ 2000mIU / mL of patients, the treatment efficiency reached 96.875%, the remaining 64.28%. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy have a significant effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
