采用稀土元素La对AZ91D镁合金进行材料改性,以提高该合金的力学性能与耐磨性。结果表明:AZ91D+La合金的晶粒及硬质β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相较AZ91D镁合金要明显细化,并且AZ91D+La合金铸态组织中存在针状的稀土Al4La相。加入稀土元素La的AZ91D合金的硬度、屈服强度、伸长率和拉伸强度分别增长了14.77%、16.67%、12.12%、19.02%,且添加La的AZ91D合金较未添加稀土La的AZ91D镁合金具有更好的耐磨性。
The use of rare earth La modified AZ91D magnesium alloy material to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloy. The results show that the grains and hard β-Mg_ (17) Al_ (12) phase of AZ91D + La alloy are obviously refined compared with AZ91D magnesium alloy, and the acicular rare earth Al4La phase exists in the as-cast microstructure of AZ91D + La alloy. The hardness, yield strength, elongation and tensile strength of AZ91D alloy with rare earth element La increased by 14.77%, 16.67%, 12.12% and 19.02%, respectively, and the AZ91D alloy with La added was better than the AZ91D magnesium alloy without La addition Has better wear resistance.
