建筑幕墙自1983年在联谊大厦应用至今,上海已建幕墙工程逾1000个,在对其中414个工程进行现场检查和调研的结果表明,约有一半的工程存在各种质量问题。因此,为保证建筑物的幕墙质量,上海市建委于1998年下达了“建筑幕墙物理性能检测的暂行规定”,要求所有建筑工程的幕墙,在使用前进行空气渗漏、雨水渗漏和风压变形等性能检测,以发现和解决幕墙在设计、施工、材料等方面所存在的问题。本文就当前幕墙工程中存在的主要问题,产生这些问题的主要原因,以及解决问题的相应措施介绍如下:
